  1. Refund Policy

Williams Outdoors offers a 30-day refund policy for purchases made through this website. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.   1. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  1. Shipping

Upon handover to the designated postal carrier, Williams Outdoors relinquishes liability for any potential loss, damages, or delays incurred during transit. Any concerns regarding such issues are to be promptly addressed directly with the respective postal service provider. Our commitment remains steadfast in ensuring the timely dispatch of packages; however, once in the custody of the carrier, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery transitions to them. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

 

Williams Outdoors Firearms Purchase Terms and Conditions
  1. Legal Compliance: By purchasing a firearm from Williams Outdoors, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of firearms. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the firearm is legal to possess in their state of residence, including adherence to any state-specific regulations regarding firearm appearance.
  2. Delivery to Licensed Dealer: Firearms purchased through Williams Outdoors will be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer for transfer to the customer. The customer must provide accurate information of the receiving dealer at the time of purchase. Williams Outdoors will contact the customer to coordinate the transfer process.
  3. In-State Click and Collect: Customers located within Tasmania where Williams Outdoors operates may opt for click and collect services. This option allows customers to pick up their firearm purchase in-person from 41 High Street, New Norfolk TAS 7140. Customers must provide a current license and permit to acquire to finalise pick-up
  4. Proof of License: Customers must provide proof of a valid firearms license and permit to acquire before the purchase can be finalized. Williams Outdoors will retain a copy of the customer's license and permit to acquire for record-keeping purposes.
  5. Non-Compliance Penalty: Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in a penalty. In the event of non-compliance, the customer will only receive a refund amounting to 80% of the total purchase cost. A 20% fee will be retained by Williams Outdoors to cover administrative and processing expenses.
  6. Exclusion of Western Australia (WA): Williams Outdoors does not ship firearms to addresses located in Western Australia (WA), Australia. Customers with shipping addresses in WA are advised that Williams Outdoors cannot fulfill firearm orders to this location. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations regarding the purchase and possession of firearms in Western Australia. Williams Outdoors reserves the right to refuse any orders shipping to WA addresses.
  7. Interstate Fee: For interstate purchases, an additional fee of $150 will be applied to cover the costs associated with complying with interstate transfer regulations. This cost is NOT included in the purchase price.

 

Williams Outdoors Knife Puchase Terms and Conditions

By purchasing knives from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Restrictions: All buyers must be over the age of 18. By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Any orders placed by individuals under the age of 18 will be considered void.

2. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and possession of knives are legal in your state, territory, or country. The listing of knives on our website does not imply that they are legal for possession or use in your locality. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of knives.

3. Purpose and Use: We sell knives for legitimate purposes, including but not limited to, collectibles, camping, hunting, and fishing. We do not condone or promote the use of knives as weapons or for any illegal activities. By purchasing from us, you agree to use the knives for lawful and appropriate activities only.

4. Indemnity: By purchasing from us, you indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred as a result of your purchase, possession, or use of the products. This includes any claims arising from violations of applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the knives complies with all relevant laws.

5. Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the nature of the products, we may not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed. If you have concerns about the legality or suitability of a product, please review the applicable laws in your area before purchasing.
