Williams Outdoors Firearms Purchase Terms and Conditions

Legal Compliance: By purchasing a firearm from Williams Outdoors, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of firearms. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the firearm is legal to possess in their state of residence, including adherence to any state-specific regulations regarding firearm appearance.
Delivery to Licensed Dealer: Firearms purchased through Williams Outdoors will be shipped to a licensed firearms dealer for transfer to the customer. The customer must provide accurate information of the receiving dealer at the time of purchase. Williams Outdoors will contact the customer to coordinate the transfer process.
In-State Click and Collect: Customers located within Tasmania where Williams Outdoors operates may opt for click and collect services. This option allows customers to pick up their firearm purchase in-person from 41 High Street, New Norfolk TAS 7140. Customers must provide a current license and permit to acquire to finalise pick-up
Proof of License: Customers must provide proof of a valid firearms license and permit to acquire before the purchase can be finalized. Williams Outdoors will retain a copy of the customer's license and permit to acquire for record-keeping purposes.
Non-Compliance Penalty: Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in a penalty. In the event of non-compliance, the customer will only receive a refund amounting to 80% of the total purchase cost. A 20% fee will be retained by Williams Outdoors to cover administrative and processing expenses.
Exclusion of Western Australia (WA): Williams Outdoors does not ship firearms to addresses located in Western Australia (WA), Australia. Customers with shipping addresses in WA are advised that Williams Outdoors cannot fulfill firearm orders to this location. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations regarding the purchase and possession of firearms in Western Australia. Williams Outdoors reserves the right to refuse any orders shipping to WA addresses.
Interstate Fee: For interstate purchases, an additional fee of $150 will be applied to cover the costs associated with complying with interstate transfer regulations. This cost is NOT included in the purchase price.
